Duties	Undertake the full development lifecycle on their vertical market products. Produce high quality solutions within time and budget Provide support to an agreed SLA. Work within a team and foster improvements.
Skills required	5 years development experience of successfully delivering development projects in a commercial, ideally financial services, environment. Progress experience: Openedge, Progress Database Administration, Webspeed, Javascript and HTML Ability to manage multi-threaded projects, or co-ordinate concurrent projects Good business / systems / process analysis skills A strong service orientation and business focus on the application of IS systems The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads The ability to plan complex projects to ensure reliability of delivery Proactive attitude The ability to mentor other developers and take the lead on key project elements The ability to work under pressure and deliver to changing business demands A delivery and quality focused attitude and work ethic
